By using the services provided by Graphics By Royal LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

 

2. Services Offered
Graphics By Royal LLC provides a variety of branding and web design services, social media content creation, strategy consultations, and digital products. The scope of work for each project will be clearly defined in a service agreement or contract prior to commencement.

3. Payments and Fees
Service Fees: The cost of each service or package will be communicated upfront. Payment for services is required as outlined in the agreement prior to project commencement.
Payment Schedule: For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.
Refunds: As our services are custom-tailored, refunds are not available once work has commenced. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the successful completion of your project, you agree to:

Provide all necessary materials, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
Respond to communication promptly to avoid project delays.
Review and approve designs within the agreed-upon timeframe.
Failure to provide necessary materials or communication may result in project delays and additional charges.

5. Revisions and Approvals
We strive for your complete satisfaction and offer up to two rounds of revisions for each design project. Additional revisions beyond what is included in the agreement may incur extra charges.

All design approvals must be provided in writing (via email or project management software). Once final approval is given, any further changes will be considered new work and billed accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you will own the final design files for your project. However, Graphics By Royal LLC retains the right to use the designs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Preliminary work (such as rough drafts or concepts) remains the intellectual property of Graphics By Royal LLC and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times for projects will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. While we make every effort to meet deadlines, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as lack of communication or delayed feedback) may extend project timelines. We will keep you informed of any changes to the agreed schedule.

8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide top-quality service, Graphics By Royal LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues that may arise from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, the loss of data, business interruptions, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a service, you must provide notice at least 48 hours prior to the start of the project. For larger projects where a deposit has been paid, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services if:

You violate any of these terms.
There is a failure to communicate or provide necessary materials for an extended period, resulting in project delays.
Payments are not made as agreed.
In such cases, any work completed will be billed and must be paid in full before delivery of final files.
