Refund Policy – All Sales Are Final
At Graphics By Royal, we pride ourselves on delivering premium, customized branding and design services tailored to each client’s vision. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final. By submitting payment, you agree to the following terms:

General Terms
All services and digital products are non-refundable. No exceptions will be made once payment is received.

Refunds will only be issued at the sole discretion of Graphics By Royal, and only in rare, exceptional cases deemed appropriate by the business owner.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior communication will be considered a breach of contract and may result in legal action or account suspension from future services.

1. Branding & Web Design Services

Once initial design concepts are delivered, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

Each branding or web design package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions to ensure alignment with your vision.

Any additional revisions will incur a fee of $15 per round, which must be paid before edits are made.

2. Digital Products, Templates & eBook Design
Absolutely no refunds will be given for digital products, including downloadable templates, eBook designs, or custom mockups.

These products are delivered electronically and are considered final sale upon delivery.

By purchasing, you agree that you have reviewed the product description thoroughly and understand that the design process is custom and non-refundable.

3. Strategy Calls
All strategy call bookings are final sale and non-refundable once the session is complete.

You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice, and only one reschedule is allowed per booking at no additional charge.

4. Social Media Content & Design Services
Once any content or visual strategy work has begun, no refunds will be processed.

These services include 2 rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final design.

5. Content Day Services
Content Day sessions require a non-refundable deposit to hold your booking.

Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, at the discretion of Graphics By Royal.

Sessions may be rescheduled once within 60 days of the original booking date.

6. Exceptions
We understand that life happens. While all sales are final, we are committed to providing the best customer experience possible. Should a unique or unforeseen circumstance arise, you may reach out via email or phone. Any resolution or refund will be at the sole discretion of Graphics By Royal.

Legal Notice
By purchasing any service or product from Graphics By Royal, you agree to this Refund Policy and understand that any attempt to reverse payment or file a chargeback without following these terms may result in a dispute with proof of delivery and this signed agreement.
